Terms & Conditions

1. Parties

These terms and conditions apply to consulting services provided by hsys.dk (the 'Supplier') to the client (the 'Client'). An agreement is formed upon written order confirmation or signed contract.

2. Services and delivery

The Supplier provides IT consulting services as described in the specific agreement. The Supplier reserves the right to use subcontractors. Deadlines and delivery requirements are agreed individually.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are agreed individually and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Invoices are issued monthly in arrears with a 14-day net payment term. In the event of late payment, interest may be charged in accordance with applicable law.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties undertake to treat all information about the other party's business affairs as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of liability

The Supplier's liability is limited to the invoiced amount for the specific task. The Supplier is not liable for indirect loss, loss of business or consequential damages.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be resolved under Danish law, with the Court of Horsens as the agreed place of jurisdiction.
